Gym, spa and coworking under one roof: Presale begins for The Club ahead of its July opening at T1.
On Wednesday, July 22 at 2 p.m., The Club opened its doors at T1 Centre. There is an agreement with T1 that in the first quarter of 2027, The Club will expand to the former premises of the Cinamon cinema. The total area of the club will then grow to over 6,000 square meters.
The pre-sales that started in June confirmed that the market shows keen interest in the new concept. The early bird offers of the Core and Flex packages proved to be a success, and the number of members of The Club is constantly growing.
“When creating The Club, our goal was to create a place where people come not only to work out, but to spend quality time – to exercise, work, recover and meet like-minded people. The results of the pre-sales confirmed that there is a real demand for such a concept in Estonia,” said Mauri Dorbek, co-founder of The Club.
Encompassing over 3,000 square meters, the club combines a modern gym, group training, and Reformer Pilates studios, a coworking area with meeting rooms, a sauna and recovery area, and a lounge with a selection of food and drinks.
According to Tarmo Hõbe, CEO of T1, The Club plays an important role in the center’s long-term development.
“The goal of T1 is to become a place where people gather for much more than just shopping. We offer visitors plenty of opportunities to spend time here – to exercise, work, dine, socialize, and relax. The Club fits perfectly into this vision, and the next stage of development approved today shows that we see great long-term potential in this concept,” said Hõbe.
In the first quarter of 2027, approximately 3,000 m² of new space will be added to The Club. Ball games and areas that support social recreation are planned to be at the heart of the expansion. Several padel and pickleball courts, a basketball court, additional coworking areas and outdoor padel courts on the roof of the building will be built in the new premises.
“Padel is becoming increasingly popular in Estonia, but most of the existing centers have been built by overhauling existing industrial or warehouse spaces. We have a rare opportunity to design the entire environment from the ground up exactly as people want to use it today and in the future. Everything from the layout and ceiling height of the courts to the lounges, coworking area and catering. We are not just adding another padel center to The Club, but an environment where people want to spend their day,” said Dorbek.
