T1 x HalfPrice
The long-awaited HalfPrice is now open at T1 Centre.
The new HalfPrice store is located on the second floor of T1’s city-side wing and occupies nearly 3,000 square metres of retail space. The store is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The store can be conveniently accessed directly via the escalator from the city-side atrium or through the second-floor corridor.
HalfPrice is one of Europe’s fastest-growing retail chains and the only brand within the CCC Group operating in the off-price segment. The company opened its first stores in Poland in May 2021 and currently operates more than 220 stores across 14 countries. Before entering Estonia, HalfPrice expanded into Spain and Italy in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
Since its launch in 2021, HalfPrice has steadily expanded across Europe, opening stores in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Ukraine, Slovenia, Italy, and Spain.
The HalfPrice assortment includes thousands of products from well-known brands across multiple categories, ranging from fashion, footwear, and accessories to home and pet products. The retailer’s business model is based on direct cooperation with brands and their authorised distributors, enabling the company to offer attractive prices while maintaining high quality standards.
The off-price concept has long been established and highly popular in the United States. Today, it is increasingly embraced by European consumers looking for premium brands at affordable prices.
