T1 x HalfPrice

HalfPrice, the largest Europe-based off-price player, opens its first store in Estonia in the T1 Center.

HalfPrice, an international off-price player offering branded products at very attractive prices, enters the Estonian market with the first shop opening in Tallinn’s T1 Center in the second quarter of 2026.

HalfPrice is one of the fastest-growing retail chains in Europe and the only brand within the CCC Group operating in the off-price segment. Since the opening of the first shops in Poland in May 2021, HalfPrice today operates over 220 shops in 14 countries. Before Estonia HalfPrice entered the Spanish and the Italian market, in 2024 and 2025 respectively.

The new HalfPrice store will be located at the city-side wing of T1, on the second floor where the store will cover about 2,800 square meters.

“For HalfPrice, we see a strong potential in the Estonian market. We are glad about opening our first store in T1, which has convinced HalfPrice with its new concept and ongoing turnaround. From our side, we ensure customers access to a wide assortment of branded products at attractive prices, both popular international casual brands and exclusive high-fashion labels,” said Leonas Truksinas, CCC Group General Manager in the Baltics.

“T1 is happy to welcome HalfPrice as a new anchor tenant. We are impressed about the chain’s growth in several European markets and are honored to accommodate the first HalfPrice shop in T1. After a longer break, HalfPrice is the first major international retail chain to enter the Estonian market,” said Tarmo Hõbe, CEO of T1.

According to Hõbe, the arrival of HalfPrice marks a major shift for the center’s second floor. “As promised and planned, we will be creating a hub of outlets and discounter-type shops on the second floor. With the new opening of HalfPrice, we unlock the floor’s potential for retail trade. The previous addition was a new Sinsay shop, which opened in December,” Hõbe said.

Colliers Estonia acted as an advisor in the agreement signed between HalfPrice and T1.

Current extensive reconstruction works on the future space HalfPrice and its surroundings will transform the area’s design and create large new spaces for retail trade. “Escalators and elevators will enable good access to HalfPrice and other businesses on the second floor of T1. In addition, the visitors can use in the future a new railway-side entrance on the second floor for direct access to HalfPrice. The new entrance will be conveniently located close to the Tunnel No. 5, which will connect T1 with the Ülemiste City area,” Hõbe added.

T1’s second floor area on the Lasnamäe side, facing Peterburi Road, is also undergoing renovation at the same time, where various services will be provided, and a new beauty salon will be opened there in March.

HalfPrice will be a department store located in T1, selling clothing, footwear, accessories, home and interior products, sporting goods, pet supplies, various snacks, toys and much more.
