T1 Internal Rules
RULES FOR VISITORS OF T1 CENTRE
The purpose of the T1 Centre internal rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) is to ensure the well-being of all visitors and employees of T1 Centre.
- Visitors of the Centre are obliged to comply with the rules and requirements established and generally accepted for staying in public places.
- Visitors must behave politely and responsibly in the Centre, maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Visitors are prohibited from disturbing other visitors and employees through their behaviour; damaging or destroying the Centre’s property; consuming alcohol in the common areas of the Centre (except in catering and entertainment venues); smoking or using narcotic substances.
- Being on the premises of the Centre or its territory while visibly intoxicated by alcohol and disturbing others is prohibited. Being under the influence of narcotic substances in the Centre is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in the immediate vicinity of the Centre’s entrances. Smoking is permitted only outside areas marked as non-smoking zones.
- The use of scooters, bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, or similar equipment inside the Centre is not permitted.
- Taking photographs and filming in the Centre is permitted for personal use only. In all other cases, photography and filming are allowed only with prior consent from the Centre’s representatives.
- Visitors must be careful and cautious when moving around and behaving in the Centre. T1 Centre is not responsible for visitors’ personal property.
- T1 Centre is not responsible for accidents occurring to visitors within the Centre that result from violations of the Centre’s internal rules.
- When visiting the Centre with a pet, the pet owner must ensure the safety of other people and animals and prevent the pet from escaping. The pet owner is obliged to ensure that the pet does not soil the Centre’s premises. Each shop/food service establishment has the right to prohibit pets from entering their leased premises.
- The Centre’s staff have the right to ask visitors who do not comply with the rules in force in the Centre, or who endanger or disturb other visitors, other persons present in the Centre, or the Centre itself, to leave the premises.
- The Centre’s security personnel have the right to remove individuals from the Centre or deny entry to individuals for whom there is a justified suspicion that they intend to violate the Centre’s rules or endanger visitors, other persons present in the Centre, or the Centre itself. The same applies to individuals who have previously violated or attempted to violate the Centre’s rules or endangered visitors, other persons present in the Centre, or the Centre itself.
- In the event of repeated or serious violations of the rules established in the Centre, offenders will be handed over to the police.
- Visitors of T1 Centre acknowledge that video surveillance is in operation in the Centre.
- Visitors are obliged to comply with traffic regulations in the T1 Centre parking area. Road users must ensure the safety of themselves, other road users, and vehicles.
