Estonian Blood Sausage Party 2019

Estonian Blood Sausage Party 2019 will be held in Estonia’s most prestigious shopping and entertainment center T1 Mall of Tallinn.

For two days, the restaurants and caterers of Taste of Tallinn will be cooking this season’s blood sausages for free tasting. On both days, Estonian National Blood Sausage School will be held in front of T1 Selver, with the performers JJ-Street Companyand Robin Koljak. Special guests, the elves of Liipa Farm’s Christmas  Wonderland 2019 will be opening the celebration.

Highly qualified barbecue competition judges of the Estonian Grill Association / Eesti Grillimess will be executing a blind tasting of the products in the blood sausage category of the Estonian Grill Gala (www.grilligala.ee), and the Blood Sausage of the Year will be elected.

10 T1 Taste of Tallinn restaurants and 10 blood sausage manufacturers will be participating in the party, with a total of more than 30 different products. The restaurants and caterers will be offering blood sausages in the tasting area in front of each restaurant as scheduled in the programme.

Products of Matsimoka will be cooked by Restoran Pelm on the 4th floor

Products by Oskar Lihatooted will be cooked by HIPS Resto on the 4th floor

Products of Nõo Lihavürst will be cooked by restaurant Pelmen T1 on the 1st floor

Products of Karni will be cooked by restaurant Süsi Grill & Chill on the 1st floor

Products of Rannarootsi will be cooked by Willi Lihapood on the 1st floor

Products of Saaremaa Lihatööstus will be cooked by Banana Leaf South Indian and Singapore Cuisine on the 1st floor.

Estonian Grill Association judges+ “T1 Good Taste Jury” will be blind tasting the sausages in the blood sausage category of the “Estonian Grill Gala”in the area of the Grill Association judges.
